Transaction Management

Mr. Simon is a member of the Transaction Managment Team where he works closely with various institutional accounts on whole loan contracts and due diligence reviews. Prior to eRESI, he was responsible for overseeing credit risk reporting and management of whole loan acquisition at FirstKey Mortgage. Gideon holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.
