eRESI Partners With Prudent AI To Bring Fast, Upfront Income Analysis To Non-QM Sellers

eRESI has partnered with Prudent AI to give its non-delegated correspondent sellers access to a faster, more efficient way to analyze complex borrower income earlier in the loan process.

Through this partnership, sellers can use Prudent AI’s Upfront Income platform to evaluate qualifying income across complex borrower scenarios, including bank statement, self-employed, wage-earner, rental, and other income types. Instead of working through spreadsheets or spending hours reviewing deposits, the platform automatically identifies income, organizes it, and delivers accurate calculations backed by source data.

“Income analysis is one of the biggest friction points in Non-QM lending,” said Lisa Schreiber, SVP of Correspondent Lending at eRESI. “We wanted to give our sellers a better way to handle it. This partnership with Prudent AI helps them move faster, with more confidence, from the moment a file is submitted.”

The tool reviews 12 to 24 months of various income calculations, filters out non-qualifying activity, identifies potential documentation gaps, and produces income results that are ready for underwriting. It replaces manual processes with automation, helping sellers reduce errors, streamline workflows, and keep files moving forward without delays.

By moving income validation earlier in the process, sellers gain clarity at intake instead of uncovering issues later in underwriting. That means fewer surprises, better alignment on loan options, and a smoother path to closing. Because income is validated consistently and documented at the point of submission, files are also better positioned for investor review downstream — supporting cleaner sales and helping reduce the friction that can surface after purchase.

“Lenders shouldn’t have to choose between speed and accuracy when working with complex income,” said Jayendran GS, CEO, Prudent AI. “Our goal is to simplify the process so teams can quickly understand a borrower’s true income and move forward with confidence. And because that analysis is consistent and fully documented, the resulting files are built to hold up all the way through to investor review.”

This partnership reflects eRESI’s continued focus on giving its sellers practical tools that improve efficiency and support more complex borrower scenarios in today’s Non-QM market.
